Educational workshops
An opportunity to explore the University of Padua Botanical Garden in a dynamic, interactive way
The University of Padua Botanical Garden provides a wide range of workshops that introduce younger visitors to the world of plants through an interactive playful-educational approach targeting different age groups and school levels.
They give participants the possibility to:
- meet plants - get to know them directly and deepen scientific and botanical aspects;
- use plants - through hands-on activities aimed at describing their countless uses;
- represent plants - through activities focused on the narration and reproduction of plant elements and landscape aspects related to the Botanical Garden collections.
The laboratory and educational activities cover various themes, including botany, cultivation and different uses of plants, biodiversity, ecology and climate.
Please note that all workshops activities in English are currently not available.
